Rock Cap Moss For Florida?

Hi, I live in South Florida (zone 10) and am hoping to grow moss on a large piece of limestone or maybe some other river rock (any recommendations?). I really like the look of Dicranum, but I do not think it will like our hot summers.

The goal of this project is to grow a couple of phragmipedium orchids on the rock with the moss. I am going to have a small water pump that will create a constant flow of water (kind of like a seepage wall) over the surface of the rock to keep the moss moist & the orchid watered.

Can you all suggest a good moss for use in this project? Also, can you suggest a good source for the moss or moss spores? I'm looking forward to reading your advice!
