The second one looks like it could be Netted Chain Fern, Woodwardia areolata.

The first looks like something in the genus Pteris. I think Pteris vittata (ladder brake fern) is the most commonly cultivated Pteris that looks like that.

The second is either Woodwardia areolata or Onoclea sensibilis (sensitive fern). Leaf shape looks more like Woodwardia, and Onoclea is limited to the northen half of Florida. Are the leaves glossy? Woodwardia has glossy, leathery leaves whereas Onoclea has thinner unreflective leaves.

it's been a while since you posted your question about the ferns on here, but i've just now starting getting some info myself. the 1st one is the same thing i have, well am trying to have. i'm trying to get some started from some my late grandmother had. i've found it in a book today, the old farmer's almanac gardener's companion. this book shows it to be the "brake fern" (pteris vittata) like the first person said. if anyone has information on transplanting this so late in the season, please let me know. i am in southeast arkansas.

The fern in the second foto is Woodwardia areolata. If you look closely you can see one fertil frond, which distinguishes it from Onoclea sensibilis.
