| Found some of these in the woods in a very shady area. Could this be 'Cypress Moss' ?

| No. What you have is Lycopodium digitatum. Were you planning to grow it in your yard? Be forewarned that it is a VERY difficult plant to transplant successfully, even with years of experience in growing it. Otherwise I would recommend taking it back to where you found it and replant it and hope it survives all the shock. For more info and images check the link below. |
