Corn gluten meal and moss propagation??

Hi there. I use corn gluten meal as a preemergent to inhibit weed seed germination. I'm wondering if it may also inhibit moss spore germination. I'm trying to encourage moss to grow between my flagstones, and I hate weeding the moss all the time, and I was wondering if I could use corn gluten meal on the moss. Anyone think it would have a negative effect on propagation?
