Moving them now is fine (that way you don't have to worry about breaking the fronds). Cinnamon ferns have very fibrous roots and sometimes you can only move them in a large clump. You can certainly try to separate them but either way is fine. They are very hardy.

One thing about cinnamon fern: WET! They like it WET! Keep them really wet after moving them.
