I'm new to ferns & moved into a house with a ton of ferns. Didn't pay much attention last year but this year I'd like to find out what I have. From what I remember last year there were tons of green ferns everywhere that turned a reddish brown on the late summer and shrivled leaving short-tall sticks with brown spores on the ends in clusters. The spores when dry crumble & it looks like cinnamon. Cinnamon ferns--I thought. Looking st some unfurling things now I have some that are really fat are look as if they are busting out of a thin yellowish white caseing. Some are tall and skinny and just green with no casing. They are growing in moist shade to part sun. If anyone knows what I have or a website with pics of unfurling fronds PLMK!

Thanks in advance.
