The fern appears to be the macho fern, Nephrolepis biserrata. It's definitely a Nephrolepis, in any case. Nephrolepis biserrata is native to southern Florida, and fronds can be eight feet long or longer under ideal conditions.

Thanks Osmond for the response and the info. I'll try to look up the names on the internet and find out more about them. The last picture is a flowering fern. I was told it isn't a real fern. Just curious what it might be. Thanks again.
