Hey,

I just recently purchased a Kimberly queen and I have started noticing the fronds are yellowing. It gets just a little sun in the morning but is mostly shaded by a very large magnolia tree. Am I watering too much? Or do you think it might be getting too much sun? I have it in a planter on my in front of my front door. Thanks.

More than likely it is just shedding off old fronds as it readjusts to new conditions. Go ahead and clip the affected fronds back to the base. Give it a good soaking with a Water Soluble fertilizer. And it should respond with new growth soon.
