Help to ID. Hardy Foxtail?

Last weekend during the garden tour I saw this fern growing in a ground here in z6b. I never saw anything like that in a local landscapes, so I was curious. Owner wasn't present to answer the questions, so I have to ask you.

It has an appearance similar to Foxtail fern (I know, I know, it's not fern at all), but have a very deep green and shiny foliage. Grown in almost full shade at the bottom of the steep slope, so probably location is moist to wet.

Could it be Western Sword Fern?

Maybe someone from West Coast can Id.

I wouldn't mind having a few in my back wet area. Nice!

Here in Houston its called foxtail fern

Isn't it possible that it IS a foxtail fern and they just use it an an annual or bring it in during the colder times? It sure does look like a foxtail to me.
