Ferns Id Help.

I spent the better part of yesteday searching and looking at ferns trying to figure this one out. The largest fronds are approx. 3' long and the spores are a half moon shape with the top being a brown and the bottom being a green. I wanting to learn more about it before thinning them out along the side of the house.

This one is a volunteer......no spores noted on the fronds and is growing from a single stem.
