I found this growing around my AC in a rental property, as well as on some old carpet that was tucked behind it. I've got large container garden with cinderblocks/wooden shelves and lots of shady nooks and crannies i want to fill with moss (it'll be misted daily by a drip system).

So, how could I use this moss and is it safe to use? I was thinking of cutting squares of the carpet and putting it in the dark holes in the cinderblocks (though they'd get 2-4 hours of morning light--in texas).
Thanks ahead of time for any feedback :)
