| I have a super-abundant bed of Cinnamon fern, and need to thin them, give away some. What is the best time to transplant? Must they be totally dormant? I'm in SW Ohio, and summer is hot. If not dormant, should the fronds be cut back? Thanks for sharing your experience. |

| Spring or fall are the best times, altough it could be done now if they are moved early morning or evening and kept in shade. No, do not cut back on the fronds. |
