What fern is this?

What kind of fern is this? I bought it at a nursery last year and it had no tag (but I bought it since it was on sale.... not tag was probably part of the reason it was on sale! :) )..... It is growing in part shade (dapple sunlight) in average moisture (to sometimes moist) soil. (acidic) :) Thanks? Any suggestions? :)

Looks just like a lady fern to me.

What do the sori look like and where are they located?

I find the Connecticut Botanical Society web site to be really helpful in trying to ID native ferns (great photos and hints on sori shapes, etc.)
