I bought one at a local nursery and it was labeled 'lace veil fern' and I talked to the owner about it and she said that it was hardy here in our zone 7b but it dies to the ground every winter. The ones that I bought are fairly small but are very feathery looking with white/silvery tips on the ends of the fronds, they are also very short with the fronds growing horizontally, not vertically and they fronds are also very short and very triangular looking in shape. I dont know if they will get longer as they mature but I sure would like to know if anyone is familiar with this as I am trying to google it and not having much luck finding it! Thanks!!
