I bought a Southern Maidenhair fern from Plant Delights Nursery two years ago with great trepidation because every maidenhair I had ever ordered died in short order. I guess the type you order matters , because it is going gangbusters! I would dearly love to propagate it so I can have more, but know absolutely nothing about such things. Am I asking for something really really hard? Is there a book called "Fern Propagation for Dummies"? Anyway, your advice will be deeply appreciated. (I know that ferns reproduce by spores, but don't think I would recognize one, so I need really specific instructions!)
