| Hi all,
For the past 3 years, I've purchased potted Boston ferns for numerous places around the house. They always get to be these massive things that look very nice. I would like to winter them if at all possible. I don't have room for them in the regular living area of my house. I'm trying to find a way (if there is one) to get them through the winter so I can use them again. It beats throwing them away like I have been doing. Thanks! SG |

| Do you have a garage or basement with windows? That is a good place to put them. Don't water as much during the winter and expect them to shed a lot of leaves (fronds). Cut back all the brown fronds in the spring, water well and fertilize. |
