Almost any fern will tolerate morning sun, I think even in Zone 9, especially with lots of water. Evergreen is a matter of interpretation - the fronds will brown off eventually but those from last season will hold through the winter until new growth starts in spring. In other words, this is a tough question to ask on the forum as almost any tall fern will do and people can give you lengthy lists that you can spend the rest of your life hunting down, but it is an easy question for your local nursery as they are likely to be stocking a variety of ferns that will grow best in your area.
