Mushroom ID, not to eat, (pics)

I was just crious as to what kind of mushroom this could be. I'm trying to learn my mushrooms. I found these growing near my garden next to a rotting tree limb. I have a Penn. wild mushroom ID book but these weren't in it. Maybe these are not fully developed.

Superficially resembles shaggy mane (Coprinus comatus). Might be in the same genus.
