| Hi all-- I recently inherited a lot of ferns with a home I bought. I needed to dig some up and potted them. They looked gorgeous all summer, but now I need to know what to do with them for the winter. I am a fern novice. Do I need to get them back in the ground? Can they stay in pots? Should I bring them in or put them in the garage?
I've included a photo if someone can tell me more about this type of fern. I still have many in the ground as well, so I want to be sure I know how to care for them properly. The ones in the ground didn't do so well this summer. Thanks! |
