It would be helpful to see the whole frond also. Check into ferns in the Dryopteris group to see if you can find a match.

That definitely looks like a Dryopteris to me, you can clearly see the indusae on the undersides of the fronds.

Must say your photos are superbly done,both this fern and the moss(can't help you on that one I'm afraid) The black backgrounds really make them stand out-would make great prints too(I have an interest in photography)
