Grape ferns starting to unfold frond

At a time where several of my ferns are starting to wither and dry out ( in my area )I have a few Grape ferns sending up their fertile frond stalk along side of its single leaf frond. Each stalk contains clusters of spore cases ( like bunches of grapes ).will attempt to show a few pictures of the new pop ups.Sorry cant seem to rotate them

The other Grape fern ( Bortrechium disectum ,Lacy leaf type ) hasn't yet put up a fertile cluster frond,I dont know if they do every year,but it put up the newer single leaf frond.The other photo was not of a lacy leaf type.Here is the picture of the new leaf
