orange octopus mushrooms

i have these really weird orange mushrooms coming up in the front yard that appear to have legs and a hat with a hole in it. they appear to grow about 4 to 6 inches a day. can anyone tell me what they are? i am going to try to post links to the pics...

I've seen these in books and online,i think its some kind of morel fungus

You have a common stink horn. Flies like them. they don't really smell unless you stick your nose up to the brown slimy end that forms.

That one is commonly called the Octopus Stinkhorn, Clathus columnatus.
