| I collected some moss I found growing between the bluestones on my patio. It was about 1/2" thick & came out in a neat strip still holding onto the substrate it was growing in, looks like sand. I crammed the strips into a shallow dish & misted. Here's what it looks like:
Can anyone tell me about the properties of this type of moss? I'm in NY & I could swear it stays green all through the winter in the same spot. This spot also gets strong unfiltered mid-day sun from about 2pm till sundown. |
