Huge Brain-like mushroom with orange center

| I found these mushrooms growing near the base of a tree in my front yard. They appear to have come from a cone-like thing and they look like brains that have been wrapped around bright orange stuff. Anyone know what these are?? |

| That might be false morel. I am not really sure though. I think I saw some of this stuff in my yard last summer.... |
