there are so many staghorn varieties, and i think they may all have "fuzz" or "hair" to some degree, but if the "fuzz" on yours seems to be very pronounced and light colored, perhaps it could be platycerium willinckii, it is sometimes called the "silver staghorn"

More than likely the stag you're refering to is veitchii, sometimes called Platycerium bifurcatum var veitchii. This stag will develop the max amount of hair like most others when exposed to very high light or direct sun. The diference between this one and willinckii is in eventual max size the willinckii can reach about twice the size of veitchii. Also the fertile fronds are more folacious. That is they hand down and are much longer. If veitchii is grown in shade they will hang down some but reach a maximum length of only about 18 - 24 inches, wearas the willinckii can reach 30 - 40 inches.
