I posted a question about "Hen Of The Woods" Mushrooms in a different forum that may have been better posted here.

Yes, that's her. Beautiful, maybe a little overgrown like somebody said already. Sometimes I will cut the more tender edges off of the tough specimen for eating. Cook it.
