unknown fern help ID

a friend gave this to me and he called it "tropical foliage" and told me it likes alot of indirect light and never dry out or it will start to die back . i would like to know what it is . its fronds dont look like any other fern i have seen but it does have a few spores forming on the underside of a few of the larger fronds please any help is appreciated

Hey,

I'm thinking it could be Phlebodium aureum. Does it have large, furry rhizomes on the top of the soil?

yes it does they are kind of half above the soil
