Hi! Those are all so beautiful! Did you take these pictures in oregon? I'm not sure, but number 6 is some sort of polyphore mushroom.

I think your only chance for this is a book called "The Larger Fungi of Borneo" pubished by Natural History Publications (Borneo). They also do a book on the mosses and liverworts of Mount Kinabalu that might be of interest and several on higher plants. They are all extremely well produced with superb colour photos and very reasonably priced. Go to http://www.nhpborneo.com/main.htm for a complete list.
