Hope I've Selected Good Ones!

We have a small hay farm and are going to plant heirloom vegetable seeds this spring and start a farmer's market sideline business (we are hay farmers). I also want some annual cut flowers to give/use/sell. I spent last night reading many threads and thank you, I've learned so much. I stopped by a very reputable farm and garden center in our area today and bought the following seeds which I hope will perform well in our Zone 7 hot, usually dry summers:

Moulin Rhouge Sunflower
Mezullah F1 Sunflower (?? the pic is pretty)
Giant Cactus Zinnia Mix
Celosia (mix)
Cosmos Dwarf Sensation
Nicotiana
Shirley mixed Poppy

Going into this a bit slowly. I already have Rudbeckia, Echinacea, bee balm, adn other perrenials for cutting. Any advice is greatly apprecatied!
