seeds for cutting dahlias

Could anyone tell me where I can buy dahlia seeds. I have read the article in Growing for Market by the Banners but really would rather start and would like to try growing some of these varieties they suggested. Because I have had so much success growing other dahlias from seed and because tubers are pricey , I would like to find seeds. Does anyone know where I can find seeds for cutting dahlias? I have some cut flower dahlia seed I ordered from Thompson and Morgan a couple years ago. The packets have never been opened your welcome to have them just send me postage. Leave your email and I will get in contact with you.
