Which would be the best cut flowers and/or greenery for me to start a cut flower garden for zone 7b, Grants Pass Oregon? And when should it be started?

A cutting garden is usually planted in rows, so you can harvest by the armloads to use for foral arrangements.
Some of my favorites...

Annuals

snapdragon, zinnias, petunias, cosmos, poppies, china asters, cleome, dusty miller,, larkspur, tagets maridold, calendula.

Perennials

yarrow, aster, shasta daisy, coreopsis, delphiniums, bleeding heart, bearded iris, chrysanthemum x morifolium, foxglove, purple coneflower, hirta black eyed susan, peony, gypsophila babys breath.

bulbs

lily of valley, liles, daffodils, tulips

The foliage I use can be from the garden as well...I look for lacy or cut leaf type. Enjoy!
