Hi Trish, back in April of 06, the 4th to be exact, on a thread regarding Opopeo amaranth, you mentioned that you were growing a black crimson amaranth, please advise what amaranth this is as it sounds intriguing. Thank you. Kat

Kitkat,

I think you are referring to Hopi Red. It's an heirloom variety.
