Sunrich Gold in the Sunrich series of Sunnies has a green center. Not as intense as the picture of the Tarahumara but definitely green. My customers at my market go nuts for it. I space them wide in the field 6-12" and sell them for $1.50 to $2.00 a stem but you could sow them 2-3" apart and get a beautiful small sunflower with a green center for a bouquet. Sunrich Gold can almost pass for a Gerber Daisy when it is grown like this. They are beautiful in bouquets.

Thanks, Carin, for your response. I will definitely look into Sunrich Gold. I'll sow them closer as you recommended. I don't have all that much room really, but am always looking for another interesting flower! :0) Phyl
