| I just received a packet of seeds for my home cutting garden; was hoping to get them into the ground now. Do they have to be started indoors? I'm in Zone 8. Thanks - Zuzu |

| Here in Zone 5, I start my Blue Horizon on Feb. 23, they germinated on March 2. These little guys need a lot of TLC and warmth in my experience. They seem to suffer in even a bit of cool weather. Why not try to start them indoors now? Your growing season is a lot long than ours, so you still might get some good cuts from them. Just today I transplanted them from the plug trays into 6 packs to await their outdoor planting(end of May or early June) HEIDI |
