I'm always looking for flowers with green colored blossoms. Today at Kroger I noticed some bouquets that had green statice in them. Where can I get seed for this?

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that color is artificial. Cut stems (probably white or yellow) are inserted into a container of some type of dye - the dye makes its way up the stem and colors the flowers. Statice can be dyed in this manner and then dried as well.
