semi/shady cutting garden

i have an elevated bed that runs along our driveway and partially gets the overhang of the house along its length. it only gets about 3 hours afternoon sun and drains very well...so it is usually very dry. bed is 15' x 6' and is raised....the front 15' x 3' gets rain and runoff from roof. .the back 3' portion is under the overhang and gets no water...

we are looking to maybe do a cutting/wildflower garden but are wondering if this will be enough sun.....so obviously looking for things that will bloom (especially for cutting) with less sun.....and natives would be preferred.

i have lots of gardening experience but always love posting on here to get feedback, ideas and peoples experiences.
thanks
