your very favorite tulip(s)

So what are the tulips that make all your customers say
"wow" when they see them?? I only have one, and it's Queen of Sheba (a lily flowered). Next year I'd like to get more "wow" varieties, despite all this worry over Tulip Fire. (I got my tulips 2 years ago from AMG and see no evidence of Tulip fire, just evidence of too many frosts making stems too short).

But I'd like to hear which tulip is your favorite, and which are your customers' favorites?

Kristen

I don't remember the name but it was a viridiflora in dark raspberry pink that opened out into a star shape. Queen of Sheba was also popular before it blighted.

KirstenMarie: Temple of Beauty outsold everything else I had. I loved Menton, but old Temple wowed them so much that they never even noticed any of the others. SusanM
