Dark Red Dahlias from Seeds

Hello,
Unfortunately my florist doesn't like my orange, yellow, etc coloured dahlias - she just wants dark red, almost black cactus type dahlias. Can someone point me in the right direction for a good variety: long stems, cactus, deep burgundy, almost black, large flowers? Which variety fits that bill - and where can one buy the seeds? Thanks! |

I wish my florist loved dark red flowers like I do. Try Ripples from Swan Island, I bought it one year because I like dark red flowers, but can't sell it to my florist. Also, Rip City is a nice one.
