Cuttings in Arizona...

| Hello, all!
I was wondering if you can tell me - if you've tried it - to have a successful cuttings business in Arizona. What plants seem to flourish the best? Which plants have been in the most demand? And, how do you go about starting a little cuttings business?
I know, a lot of requested info... but, just curious. :)
Thanks!

| There used to be fields of flowers grown for cuts in Phoenix alone Baseline Rd. I don't know if any are still there but would be a good place to look, to see what does well. I remember stock for sure. You might ask local flower shops what they are interested in. A man approached me once and ended up growing specialty cuts for me and others for years but that was here in Oregon. Sunflowers were always the most popular. Dahlias and zinnias and cosmos did well too. |
