Question re: Cramers Yardstick

I am growing this plant and they are all from the same seed stock but I have huge variety between plants. Some are very tall (5' plus sometimes) some only 2' some are all leaf and some have the most beautiful tiny yellow balls for flowers that seem to glow florescent. Needless to say the floral ones are my favs for filler in bouquets but I just wondered what anyones opinion of this situation is. Thanks for any input. Kat

RE: Question re: Cramers Yardstick

All of mine grew four to five feet tall and eventually produced flowers, but the difference I noted most was that some had thick and full foliage whereas some were thin and sparse. What I wanted was the thick foliage, not flowers. I tried planting them farther apart, but there were some that were still sparse anyhow. Perhaps the seed supply isn't stabilized yet and more years will contribute to the stability of the seed. I hope so.

RE: Question re: Cramers Yardstick

Thanks Jeanne. Mine are full and sparse also but I do like the flowers. I have them all over the garden so there does not seem to be a spacing issue. Love the smell though.
