| I'm not familiar with Terra Ceia, but I'm linking to their reviews on Garden Watchdog, which is a good site to check a company out before you buy. If Terra Ceia is a reputable company, I do have to say that I would trust the quality of a good bulb vendor more than Lowe's. If you are looking for good quality in quantity, Van Engelen is a good vendor. I have never bought from them, but use their sister company John Scheepers all the time, and Van Engelen gets consistently good reviews. It may be a bit late to get certain items though. Good luck!
