| Hi everyone. I am a new grower and was wondering about online bulbs. Alot of companys have bulbs on sale and was wondering if they would keep until next years growing season. Or how late in the season you can plant them?
Also I have a few dahlias that I planted and didn't cut the tips off. Just found out about it. Any suggestions about what can be done. Some of the plants have ten to twelve leaf pairs others have more. What should I do at this point? |

| Sorry about no responses, dahliadad. What should you do? Let them grow would have been my input. About keeping sale tubers over til the next season, I don't know. I think it's best to plunk them in the ground, even if late or crowded. You always have a chance at progeny to grow the next season then, even if you don't get blooms. |
