Dana
Camano Titan was okay...don't know if I'd do this cutting again next year.
A more open bloom of Hollyhill Dark Victory. Again, it's about 5 shades darker than this in the flesh.

| On a lark and never having heard of it, I picked up a "Dana" tuber at our dahlia society sale. If mine turns out half that bright, I'll be happy. Each petal looks like a tongue of fire! Nice dark maroon on Hollyhill Dark Victory. What doesn't appeal to you about Camano Titan? |

| I got Titan from Corralitos and I thought the pic in the online catalog had more "curly petals". I don't know, it just looked fuller or something. Oh well... Here's a better looking bloom on Dana. I hope your Dana does well for you, Poochella. Mine's been a good, consistent bloomer so far. |

| Ther is only one thing you can do poochella Move to Long Island. I started getting blooms in May. |
