Organizing the Garden

I've been drooling over the catalogs that came last week and thinking about my garden this year. In the past I have arranged my dahlias in different sections by height with little color continuity. I'm thinking this year about planting by color instead. I only have enough space for 50-60 plants. I'm wondering what everyone else does for organizing their dahlias. Do you keep same height together or similar colors together?

I try to keep similar heights together, and plant with a colour design in mind...asymetrically.

Look closely at some of my pictures. I have a lot of benches to keep things looking like they are the same hight. Most of my garden is color organized.
