| Hi All
Question...I'm thinking of buying Victoriana Mix Dahlia plants from Burpee. I think they may have been started as seeds but i'm not sure. Would that be very bad? I suppose i could contact Burpee and find out.. Anyway, I've read two reviews on the plants. One review said good the other said very bad. Has anyone purchased or know of anyone who has purchased them before?
