Mold! :(

Last night I decided to take a peek at my dahlias - it's the first time I've checked on them this winter. In general, they look just like they did when I stored them in November - no shriveling, sprouting, etc. However, I have found just a few places on a few tubers where some fuzzy black mold is growing. It seems to be very surface-level, and I'm guessing I could wash it off at this point.

I stored them as clumps, figuring I'd divide them this spring. they were washed well, carefully dried, dusted with fungicide, then loosely wrapped in plastic grocery bags and placed in a box in the basement (which is quite dry).

Does anyone have advice on what to do? I definitely think they can be saved. I've heard about soaking/washing in bleach. Should I re-wash and dry, then re-fungicide and store them again like I did before? Any advice is appreciated!!!
