Transplanting Dahlias

Hello. I have started my dahlias inside and now have 50 plants inside my house . . .

All the guides that I read say that dahlias tubers only really get going when soil temperatures reach the mid-60s. Here that's mid June. Do I have to wait that long for transplant my dahlias, or can I do it sooner, especially since the dahlias that I plant in spring keep going right up to the first frost in the fall.

You can plant potted dahlias when all danger of frost is has past. They'll do best when the soil temp is above 60 degrees, otherwise, they may sit there and rot. You didn't list your zone so I can't advise what I might do.
