I took a peak at the tuber clumps that I stored using your plastc grocery bag method. I'm pleased to say that they kept over very well and have four nice healthy shoots. I won't be opening my individually plastic wrapped tubers until planting time about 3 weeks from now. I thought you would like to know how the clumps came through.
