| I would enjoy growing the pompom category, but as shorter plants -- say 16-18" in height. Does anyone here know of such dahlia breeding. Probably not much calling, but I'd like them; love the flower form, but don't have the space for the typical 3-4' types. More of a container-minded grower. May have to check with the regional society, since they have a sale next(?) month. |

| So far, I do not know of any short growing poms. Why not just trim the bushes back several times during the season? |
