| I may have too many tubers, and may not be able to sell, trade, or plant them all, so is it OK to take the extras and put them back into the refrigerator to make them go dormant for another few weeks til I can figure it all out?
I've only taken about 1/2 of my tubers out of the frig so far, and there are more viable ones than I thought there were going to be, and they are either just beginning to eye up, or have eyes on them 1/4-3/4" long. The dahlia tuber sale/trade show isnt for another 2 weeks, and I dont know if people there will want tubers with 5-8" stems growing out of them, or if they will want tubers with only eyes showing(?) |
